Refund Policy

Our return and exchange policy is open for 30 days following your purchase. Beyond this period, we are unable to process any refund or exchange requests.

We only accept returns or 1-for-1 exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Orders: You received an item different from what you ordered.

  • Manufacturer Defects: The product has inherent flaws from the factory.

Note: We do not accept returns for items damaged during transit or items that have been opened but are not defective. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will email you to approve or reject the refund.

  2. Payment: Approved refunds are automatically credited to your original payment method.

  3. Delayed Refunds: If your refund hasn’t arrived, please check with your bank and credit card provider first. If you still need help, contact us at GulfFragrances@gmail.com.
